Paul R. Daoust

After serving as HighRoads' CEO for 4 years, Paul is the Non-executive Chairman of the Board of HighRoads.

Paul is a recognized leader in the HR consulting and insurance industries. He spent nearly 30 years with Watson Wyatt Worldwide (now Towers Watson), one of the world's leading human resource consulting firms, in a variety of consulting and management roles before retiring as global Chief Operating Officer. Just prior to HighRoads, Paul served as chairman and CEO of GRX Technologies, Inc., a software company focused on supply chain management for the commercial insurance industry. Most recently, Paul served as Interim CEO of Salary.com (NASDAQ: SLRY) where he led a turnaround and then the sale of Salary to Kenexa (NASDAQ: KNXA) in October, 2010.

Paul currently sits on the Advisory Boards of Brodeur Partners, LaborMetrix, and Employ Insight. He has previously served on the boards of both Salary.com and Gevity (NASDAQ: GVHR) - prior to its sale to TriNet.
