Susan Wallace is an experienced executive in the healthcare sector, currently serving as the Executive Director of PACE Association of Ohio since July 2024 and as the Chief Executive Officer of LeadingAge Ohio since September 2014. Prior roles at LeadingAge Ohio included Chief Policy Officer and Director of Government Relations & Public Affairs, among others. Susan's career also includes experience at Midwest Care Alliance, where responsibilities involved coordinating a multi-state data collection program for hospices and providing education on regulatory issues. Additional experience includes work as a Social Worker at Mount Carmel Hospice and teaching as an Adjunct Professor at Ohio State University. Susan holds a Master of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish & Portuguese from The Ohio State University.
