Kathryn Ioele

Kathryn Ioele is a Staff Consultant at LeadingAgile since October 2020, focusing on enhancing ALM tooling strategies and training for over 500 team members across various levels of product development. Kathryn previously served as an Associate Consultant at the same company, where responsibilities included promoting team collaboration and managing SharePoint development for change management. Prior to LeadingAgile, Kathryn worked as a Creative Strategy Analyst at eThree, leading social media and content strategies, and as a Mathematics Tutor and Teaching Assistant at Drexel University, where a Master's degree in Mathematics was obtained. Additionally, Kathryn has experience in equestrian management and instruction. Educational background includes a Master's degree from Drexel University and a Bachelor's degree from James Madison University.
