Karl Frenzel

Karl Frenzel currently serves as the Head of Finance at Leading Courses since December 2024. Prior to this role, Karl held the position of CFO Services at Greyt, focusing on financial functions for scale-up and SME companies. Karl has extensive experience in various sectors, including energy, SaaS, and hospitality, with roles such as Business Controller at Titan Clean Fuels, Datakeeper, and Postillion Hotels. In addition, Karl was the Corporate Controller at Eneco, contributing to group-wide financial analysis and cash flow forecasting. Earlier experience includes a position as Associate in Transaction Services at Alvarez & Marsal, and a progression from staff to senior auditor at EY. Karl holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting Sciences (Hons) and a Certificate in Theory of Accounting from the University of Pretoria.
