Lisa Sandström

Lisa Sandström's work experience begins in 2013 when they worked as Sales Staff at StaffPoint Oy for five months. In 2014, they worked as Sales Staff at Opteam and as Cashier and Customer Service in various stores in Helsinki, specializing in Finnish exclusive design products. Lisa worked there until 2017.

In 2016, Lisa worked as a Sports Instructor and Event Staff for the City of Helsinki, organizing sports events for families and working as a gym instructor for young adults.

In 2018, Lisa worked as an Event Staff for Runner's High Oy, assisting in event setup and providing customer service at various events. Lisa also worked as a Sports Instructor for the City of Espoo, teaching adult classes in water aerobics, running, gym, and aerobics.

From 2018 to 2020, Lisa worked as a Responsible Regional Sports Instructor for the City of Espoo, coordinating sports services, marketing events, and promoting customer service. Lisa also created content for the "Espoo liikkuu" Instagram channel.

In 2020, Lisa worked as a Sports Coordinator for Helsingin Invalidien Yhdistys, where they developed sports services, managed administrative tasks, and conducted marketing activities. Later that year, they joined Musti Group as a Nordic Customer Service Specialist, handling daily customer service tasks for both the Finnish and Swedish market.

Currently, Lisa is working at Leadoo Marketing Technologies. Lisa started as a Conversion Specialist, designing and implementing conversion solutions for clients' web pages. Lisa also helped clients analyze their CTAs and identify new conversion opportunities. Lisa later became the Customer Onboarding Manager, welcoming new clients and introducing them to Leadoo's products and conversion optimization. Currently, they serve as the Customer Onboarding Team Lead, supervising a team of seven professionals and focusing on customer process development, change implementation, and resource management.

Lisa Sandström's education history includes the following:

- From 2020 to 2022, they attended LAB University of Applied Sciences, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in the field of Business Administration and Management, General.

- In 2017, they had a brief academic stint at Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences, where they completed a Nordic Outdoor Program, earning 30 ECTS credits. Lisa'sfield of study was Public Health Education and Promotion.

- Between 2014 and 2017, Lisa studied at Arcada University of Applied Sciences and obtained a Bachelor of Sports and Health Promotion degree. Lisa'sfocus was on Terveyden edistäminen (Health Promotion).

- In 2013, they spent a year at Umeå University, although the degree obtained there is unspecified. Lisa'sarea of study was Sosiaalipsykologia (Social Psychology), earning 30 ECTS credits.

- Starting from 2011, Lisa attended Töölö specialiseringsgymnasium, where they completed the Ylioppilastutkinto, a Finnish matriculation examination focused on Humaniora (Humanities).
