Anzhelika Belova

Anzhelika Belova is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in finance and operations, currently serving as COO, CFO, and Board Member at Leads.io since January 2023. Previously, Anzhelika held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Atida from January 2020 to December 2022. At Naspers Limited from March 2014 to January 2020, Anzhelika held multiple roles, including CFO of OLX Group Europe and VP Finance for Naspers B2C. Additional experience includes serving as Interim CFO/CEO at Fashion Days and Transaction e-Commerce Group Tax Director. Anzhelika's earlier career involved roles such as Tax Director at CEVA Logistics and Senior Tax Counsel at LyondellBasell, along with a tenure as General Manager of Tax at Arcelor Mittal. Anzhelika holds an MBA in Banking and Finance from Nyenrode Business University and has a degree from the Kazakhstan Institute of Management, Economics and Strategic Research.
