Sarit Simoni Dagan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sarit began their career as a Stewardess at EL AL from 1995 to 2000. Sarit then worked as a Recruitment & Training Coordinator at ors from 2001 to 2003, where they developed instruction manuals, led workshops, and conducted employee orientation programs.

Sarit joined Radvision in 2003 as an HR Specialist, responsible for technology recruitment processes, optimizing recruitment sources, and coordinating international recruitment efforts. Sarit then moved to Keshet Media Group in 2006 as a Recruitment and Wellbeing Manager, overseeing company recruitment, managing the recruitment budget, and establishing HR infrastructure for the MAKO website. From 2010 to 2014, they served as an HR Manager at Keshet Media Group, working with senior management to improve management skills and implementing workforce planning and training programs.

In 2015, Sarit joined Leadspace as an HR Director, where they established and innovated all HR infrastructure for the Israel and US teams. Sarit advised and supported executive management, managers, and employees on employee-related decision-making, work relationships, and productivity improvement activities.

Throughout their career, Sarit has demonstrated their expertise in HR policies and procedures, recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, talent mapping, compensation and benefits, and building training programs.

Sarit Simoni Dagan completed their Master of Arts degree in Organizational Behavior from Tel Aviv University, between the years 2000 and 2003.
