Sandeep Sharma

Sandeep Sharma is an experienced professional currently serving as AVP of Professional Services at LeadSquared since February 2024. Prior to this role, Sandeep held several senior positions at Sprinklr from March 2021 to March 2024, including Senior Director of Product Implementation and Director of Product Consulting. Sandeep's prior experience also includes roles at Bharti Airtel, where responsibilities ranged from Head of Retail Digitization to Circle Head of Retail Sales Operation from April 2016 to March 2021. Sandeep began a career at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited from January 2010 to December 2014, culminating as Sales Business Development Manager, overseeing a significant dealer network and achieving considerable market share growth. Sandeep holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Technology degree, in addition to completing an International Immersion Program at CUHK Business School.
