Santiago Seri

Santiago Seri is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and business operations across Latin America. Currently a Founding Member at ASEA since September 2014, Santiago previously served as CEO of Leaducate, where responsibilities included managing overall operations and successfully overseeing the company's sale in 2023. Prior to that, Santiago held roles as COO and Advisor at Leaducate, contributing to the company's international expansion and operational management. Santiago founded Remuneratio HR, demonstrating entrepreneurship from November 2009 to December 2012, and led compensation and benefits planning at Roche from January 2004 to October 2009. Santiago began a career as a Senior Consultant at Hidalgo & Asociados from 1999 to 2003. Educational achievements include degrees in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Buenos Aires, complemented by a background in actuary studies.
