Previously, Inyene held the position of Customer Experience Partner/Liaison Manager at UBA Group, where responsibilities included coordinating a diverse team across 19 African countries to enhance customer experience. At Access Bank Plc, Inyene led a strategy team focused on service quality assurance across branches, while early career roles at Diamond Bank Plc encompassed customer engagement, credit product development, and customer service management. Inyene holds an MBA from Business School Netherlands and a Bachelor's degree in Human Anatomy from the University of Calabar.
