Olusola Ajayi

Olusola (Shola) Ajayi is a seasoned executive in the insurance industry with extensive leadership experience. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Retail Business at Leadway, Shola holds strategic responsibility for the performance management and sales teams across the company. Prior to this role, Shola was the Retail Business Head at American International Insurance Company PLC, managing a large sales force and driving growth and profitability initiatives. Previous positions include Head of Corporate Planning at American International Insurance Company PLC and Executive Director at AIICO INSURANCE PLC, as well as leadership roles at AIICO Multishield Limited and Deloitte MCS, where Shola provided consulting services. Shola's educational background includes a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD, Executive Education from Harvard Business School, and a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Lagos.
