Helga Alvarez

Helga Alvarez is the Chief Technology Officer at Leaf, where she works closely with data, engineering, and product teams to achieve Leaf Grow's vision. She contributes to architectural decisions, addresses tech debt, and actively identifies and removes bottlenecks within the organization. Helga manages the growth of individuals in the engineering organization and ensures that team members understand and buy into the business goals. Prior to Leaf, she co-founded Cometoide and worked as a software developer at Possible Worldwide. Helga's background includes experience in website development, app development, and research in mobile platforms. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering and an Associate degree in Software Development Technologies.
