Michelle Speranza, CLFP has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2004, they joined The Walt Disney Company as a Marketing Specialist, responsible for creating marketing visions for advertisers and implementing radio ad campaigns and promotions. From 2005 to 2012, Michelle worked at LEAF Commercial Capital, Inc. as a Marketing Director, focusing on strategic marketing plans, brand development, and integrated marketing campaigns. In 2012, they were promoted to Vice President of Marketing Communications at LEAF, and in 2018, they became the EVP and Chief Marketing Officer, leading the company's marketing strategy, digital marketing, and brand experience.
