Christopher Wroten has over 15 years of experience in customer service and operations management. Currently serving as the Service Center Manager at Leaf Home since August 2022, Wroten previously held the position of Operations Manager at Questx from February 2020 to August 2022, where responsibilities included being a Senior Supervisor in the Customer Contact center. Prior to that, Wroten worked as a Supervisor of Customer Care at Life Extension from July 2007 to February 2020 and as a Call Center Supervisor at Zappos from February 2004 to December 2006, overseeing overnight call center staff.
