Venky Bettadapura has over 25 years of work experience in various roles related to supply chain, logistics, distribution, and technology implementation. Venky is currently the Director of Financial and Supply Chain Systems at Leaf Home, where they are responsible for transforming the company's capabilities through technology implementations. Prior to that, they were the Senior Director of Supply Chain Systems and Process Improvements at IPSY, where they led the strategy and execution of supply chain technologies. Venky also has experience working at Levi Strauss & Co., Cisco, Pericom Semiconductor, Saronix, IBM, Fujitsu Global, Cambridge Technology Partners, and SE Technologies in various technology and leadership roles. Venky has extensive experience in implementing and optimizing business systems, including ERP solutions such as Baan, JDE, and Oracle. Venky is skilled in project management, team leadership, and strategic planning.

Venky Bettadapura obtained an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of California, Davis - Graduate School of Management from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a BS in Engineering - Computer Science from Bangalore University. Additionally, they earned a Certificate in Accounting from UCSC Silicon Valley Extension and a CPIM (Inventory and Production Control) from APICS.
