Icaro Pablo's work experience begins in 2014 at Rodmidia, where they worked as a Full Stack Developer, utilizing PHP and frameworks like CakePHP and Code Igniter. Their role involved building web applications, creating responsive layouts, and optimizing for SEO. In 2016, they joined Williarts Gestão Web as an Ecommerce Developer. Icaro then moved on to Anchor Loans LP in 2017, initially as a Software Engineer, and later transitioning to the role of Lead Developer. During their time at Anchor Loans LP, they worked with Python, MongoDB, Vue, and Graphql to create and maintain multiple projects. Icaro implemented design patterns, unit tests, and code reviews to enhance the company's codebase and documentation. Icaro joined LeafLink in 2023 as a Software Engineer.

Icaro Pablo enrolled at Centro Universitário Barão de Mauá in 2014 and completed their studies in 2016. Icaro pursued a degree in Game Development, with a focus on programming.
