Paige Hansen

Paige has just completed her chemical and process engineering degree with a minor in bioprocessing. She has previously worked at one of New Zealand’s largest breweries. She did her Honours research investigating the feasibility of repurposing spent brewers yeast into a growth medium for applications in cellular agriculture.
