Aimee Gourlay is an accomplished professional in conflict resolution, currently serving as the Collaboration Services Manager at the League of Minnesota Cities since October 2021, where responsibilities include fostering relationships and facilitating collaboration among member cities. Additionally, Aimee has been a Senior Fellow at the Dispute Resolution Institute at Mitchell Hamline School of Law since March 2008, teaching various courses related to negotiation and mediation. Previous roles include CEO of the Mediation Center from 1993 to 2021, providing tailored conflict response services, and consulting for the MN State Court Administrator's ADR Ethics Board from 2005 to 2018. Aimee has also contributed to Hamline University as an adjunct professor for both the MBA Program and School of Law. Aimee holds a J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and a B.A. from Macalester College.
