Michael Anderson, currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at League of Women Voters, previously worked as a Human Resources Assistant at NAPA AUTO PARTS. During their tenure at NAPA AUTO PARTS, Michael focused on improving employee morale through company surveys, revamped communication systems, and introduced employee recognition programs.
