Alen Kopcic

Alen Kopcic is a seasoned professional specializing in organizational effectiveness, internal communications, and creative design. Currently serving as the Manager of Organizational Effectiveness and Internal Communications at League One Volleyball since October 2024, Alen focuses on developing programs that enhance efficiency and engagement. Previous experience includes roles at Big Fish Games, where Alen championed a people-first culture and contributed to the company's strategic vision, as well as positions at IGT and PENN Entertainment, where Alen led initiatives in graphic design and internal communications. Alen holds a Master of Science in Communication and a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Communication Management from Purdue University, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Southern New Hampshire University and an Associate of Arts in Graphic Design from the College of Southern Nevada.
