Michele Fried

Michele Fried has a diverse range of work experience. Michele currently works at LeagueApps, where they are the Security Compliance Program Manager. In this role, they have achieved SOC 2 Type 1 certification and is preparing for SOC 2 Type 2 certification. Michele is responsible for creating information security policies and controls and ensuring compliance with SOC 2 Type 2.

Previously, Michele worked at LeagueApps as the Head of Escalated Platform Support. In this role, they built a team and developed a process and technology solution to oversee escalated defects, inquiries, and customized requests. Michele collaborated with various teams to fix platform bugs, implement customizations, and communicate with customers effectively.

Before joining LeagueApps, Michele worked at Accenture as a Systems Integration Consultant and Analyst from 2012 to 2017. Michele also gained experience at Unilever as a Process Improvement Consultant in 2011. Additionally, they worked at University Directories as an Outside Sales Representative, where they excelled in sales and achieved recognition for their performance.

Michele's earliest work experience was at the University of Maryland Intramural Sports Program, where they served as an Administrative Assistant, Supervisor, and Official from 2009 to 2012.

Michele Fried obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the University of Maryland. Michele graduated from the university in 2012. In addition to their degree, Michele also holds several certifications including Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator for Cloud from Atlassian (obtained in January 2022), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute (obtained in August 2017), ICAgile Certified Professional from ICAgile (obtained in February 2017), Service Cloud Consultant from Salesforce (obtained in October 2015), Salesforce Certified Administrator from Salesforce (obtained in June 2015), Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance (obtained in February 2015), and Siebel 8 Consultant Expert from Oracle (obtained in August 2014).
