Wesley Hales

Wesley Hales is the Cofounder and CEO of LeakSignal, a company specializing in real-time data protection for organizations through a WASM module that classifies sensitive data during transactions. Prior to this, Wesley held roles including Entrepreneur In Residence at Shasta Ventures and Business Development for the Security Portfolio at F5. Wesley's extensive experience in sales engineering includes leadership positions at Shape Security and tCell, as well as technical services at Instart Logic Inc, providing critical support for major global accounts. Wesley's technical acumen was further demonstrated at Apigee, where leadership in designing and developing App Services contributed to the organization's innovation. Early in Wesley's career, impactful consulting work at CNN improved web performance, and software engineering consultancy at Manheim further expanded Wesley's skill set.
