Darril Wilburn

Darril Wilburn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in lean business development and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Senior Partner at Honsha Associates since July 2006, Darril also holds advisory responsibilities at Niwaki and serves as faculty at the Lean Enterprise Institute. Prior experience includes a development role at Toyota from July 1999 to July 2006 and a senior specialist position at the University of Kentucky. Darril holds a Master of Science degree in Instructional Systems Design from the University of Kentucky, earned between 1997 and 1999.
