Subhangi Basu

Subhangi Basu is currently serving as a People Operations Coordinator at Lean In Network in the Netherlands Randstad since May 2024. Prior to this role, Subhangi worked as a People and Culture Coordinator at Salonized for a brief period in 2024 and gained diverse experience as a Project Assistant and then Project Coordinator for the Tomorrowland Foundation at EkTara from August 2022 to September 2023. Subhangi also completed an internship in Human Resources at AmbujaNeotia Group in 2022. In terms of education, Subhangi is pursuing a Master's in Management with a focus on Business, Management, and Human Resources at Maastricht University and holds a Master of Arts in Sociology from St. Xavier's College in Kolkata, along with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Shri Shikshayatan College.
