Iader Salazar

Iader Andres Salazar Agudelo is an experienced professional in operations management, currently serving as Director de Operaciones and Branch Office Manager at Lean Solutions Group since February 2023. Previously, Iader held the position of Gerente de Operaciones at Lean Staffing Solutions from November 2018 to March 2023. Iader holds a degree in Negocios Internacionales, Administración y gestión de empresas from Universidad de La Guajira, where studies were completed from 2011 to 2016, and also pursued coursework at Benedict College from January 2014 to December 2014.
