Juan Pablo Samper

Juan Pablo Samper has a diverse work experience. Juan Pablo currently works as a Strategic Development Director at Lean Solutions Group, where they are responsible for long-term goal planning, strategic initiatives, and growth plans. Prior to this, they served as a Research and Development Manager at Lean Solutions Group, overseeing process flow and the development of new business services. Before joining Lean Solutions Group, Juan worked at Lean Staffing Solutions as a Senior Corporate Trainer, providing training in supply chain, logistics, and transportation. Juan Pablo also held the role of Corporate Trainer at the same company, where they trained new hires. Additionally, Juan has experience as a Logistics Coordinator at Dart Advantage Logistics, where they managed dispatch, track and trace, and customer updates. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Community Manager at Made in Heaven Productions and as a Customer Care Advisor at BILATERAL, where they provided support to customers and ensured their satisfaction with products and services.

Juan Pablo Samper attended Universidad Autónoma del Caribe from 2016 to 2021, where they studied Negocios y finanzas internacionales.

In addition to their degree, Juan Pablo has obtained several certifications. These include Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certifications from SGS, as well as Change Management Certification, Leveraging your Network, Delegating, Business Plan Development, Coaching, and Leading People certifications from Harvard Business School. Juan Pablo also completed the Programa de Especialización en Gestión de Proyectos from Proyectum Training Center Costa Rica.
