Melissa Sporrer

Melissa Sporrer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and business development. Currently serving as the Manager of Customer Success at Lean TECHniques Inc. since January 2023, Melissa previously held various roles at Blue Compass from May 2015 to January 2023, including Business Development Strategist and Senior Account Executive. Prior to that, Melissa worked at The Integer Group from October 2010 to April 2015, where roles included Account Executive and Assistant Media Planner. Melissa is a graduate of Buena Vista University, having earned a degree in Marketing and Promotion Design from 2006 to 2010.
