Tarek Samaha

Tarek Samaha has a long and varied work experience. Tarek began their career in 2014 as a Real Estate Analyst Intern at Inovalis Fund Management. In 2015, they worked as a Fixed Income Intern at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking - SGCIB. In 2018, they were a Junior Relationship Manager at Bank of Beirut. In 2020, they became a Co-Founder of DAIMLAS.com #1 MIT Hackathon Winner. Top 20 MIT MENA Startup. Since 2019, they have been working at Temenos, where they have held various roles, including Regional Account Manager, Business Development Executive - French Speaking Africa, and Business Development Executive - French Speaking Africa and the Middle East. In this role, they have originated over 100 business opportunities worth over 50 million dollars, conducted workshops with C-level management of banks in MEA, and achieved 200% of the fixed yearly target for 2020 and 100% of 2021 by July 2021. Tarek is currently working as a Sales Executive at Lean Technologies.

Tarek Samaha's education history includes completing a Bachelor's degree in Finance at LUISS Business School from 2014 to 2017, a Master in International Management (MIM) at IE Business School from 2018 to 2019, and an Executive Training Program in Banking, Finance, Accounting and Security law at Institut de Formation Bancaire Luxembourg. Tarek is currently enrolled in Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
