LeanIX, an SAP company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d) to spearhead our catalogThe vision of the entire catalogs product domain is to empower customers with accessible and actionable catalog data to enable informed decision-making. This role will focus on the adoption of our catalogs. We will provide you with a unique chance to join the market-leading product and take ownership to bring it to the next stage. You will join a dynamic, international team working with great passion and focus on creating business value for our customers.

WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?

  • You will be the acknowledged expert for your part of the product - become the Go-To Person for this area

  • Work closely with customers to deeply understand their needs, incorporating their feedback into the integration process. Engage in discussions on the evolving landscape of business transformation and enterprise architecture

  • Directly communicate with stakeholders both, within and outside LeanIX, articulating customer needs and influencing product strategy to align with market trends

  • Engage closely with product leadership to align your integration work with the overarching product vision, challenging and influencing the overall product strategy

  • Collaborate directly with product marketing, sales, and various functions within a modern SaaS company. Understand market dynamics, competition, and influence product positioning and perception

  • Take responsibility for the product's backlog and roadmap, prioritizing topics for the team's focus and ensuring timely delivery of customer value

  • Together with your team, you have full responsibility from product discovery through delivery to customer value

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of B2B SaaS Product Management experience

    • Substantial work experience with a UX team (including prototyping, usability testing, etc.)

    • Expert-level proficiency in product discovery (Analytics, Market Research, Customer needs, etc.)

    • Capable of working with and directing an agile engineering team

  • Experience in enterprise architecture, business transformations, obsolescence risk management, understanding of business stakeholder needs (and how this relates to the catalog)

  • Understanding of IT Asset Management Software (e.g. Flexera, Lansweeper, Snow Software)

  • Fluent English

  • Desirable Skills

    • Experience with LeanIX

    • Familiarity with CMDB (ServiceNow)
