Belkis Elisabeth Etz has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Belkis Elisabeth recently joined LeanIX as the Senior Director of Global People Success in 2022. Prior to that, in 2021, they worked as a Leadership Coach, Career Mentor, and Start-up Sparring and Advisory Board member. Belkis Elisabeth also took a sabbatical for educational purposes during the same year. Before joining SKIDATA AG, they worked at Philip Morris GmbH as an Investment planning & controlling Financial Analyst and Internal Auditor. Earlier in their career, Belkis worked as a Consultant at IBM and PwC Deutschland.

Belkis Elisabeth Etz has a diverse education history. Belkis Elisabeth completed the Accredited Coach Program at BA Coaching Academy from 2019 to 2021, earning a degree in Coaching. Following that, they pursued a Certification in Interior & Work Place Design - Architecture Psychology at IWAP Institut für Wohn- und Architekturpsychologie from 2021 to 2022.

In 2019, Belkis Elisabeth Etz also obtained a Certificate in Advanced Studies (CAS) in Digital Leadership & Transformation from the University of St.Gallen. In 2014, they attended London Business School to focus on HR strategies in transforming organizations.
