Lennart Hennigs

Lennart Hennigs has an extensive work experience in the field of user experience and design. Lennart currently holds the position of Director of User Experience at LeanIX since April 2022. Prior to that, they were the Head of User Experience at LeanIX from February 2020 to April 2022. Before joining LeanIX, Lennart worked as the Head of User Experience Germany at Cognizant from November 2018 to December 2019. Lennart also served as a Senior Lead Designer - User Experience at Miele from November 2016 to October 2018. Lennart gained significant experience during their time at Telekom Customer Experience & Design, where they held various roles including Head of Design Academy, Head of Core Telco, Creative Director Access Products & Services, Senior UX Designer, and UX Designer, from January 2009 to October 2016. Before that, they worked at Siemens as a Strategic Marketing Manager, Usability Engineer, and User Interface Designer.

Lennart Hennigs completed their education at Paderborn University from 1996 to 2003, earning a Dipl. Inf. degree in Computer Science and Philosophy. Lennart has also obtained various additional certifications, including Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO I) and Professional Scrum Master (PSM 1) from Scrum.org, Certified Design Thinking Coach from HPI Academy, and LeanIX Certified Continuous Transformation Platform Practitioner (Level-1) from LeanIX, which will be obtained in January 2023.
