About the Role: This customer-facing role requires the ability to communicate technical information engagingly. In other words, the role involves being a technical storyteller. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will present CleverTap’s differentiated value proposition to prospects, enabling revenue primarily from new business. Internally, this role collaborates and partners with Sales, Product and Customer Success teams to deliver high business impact. This hybrid work role requires being in the office at least twice weekly. It will involve some travel (client locations and industry events) across Europe, at most 40% at peak times.
