Tiffany Whiteley has been working in the customer success industry since 2014. Tiffany began their career at Counsyl as an Account Manager, where they maintained influential and high profile accounts and generated monthly summary reports for the department and accounts. Tiffany also contributed to company initiative projects and demonstrated success building strategic client relationships. In 2017, they moved to Binti, Inc. as the Head of Customer Success. In 2019, they began working at Leanplum as a Customer Success Manager, a role they currently hold. Tiffany also held the role of Account Manager at Atrium in 2019, until the company dissolved. In 2020, they moved to Priori as a Client Manager.

Tiffany Whiteley received their Bachelor of Science in Microbiology and Molecular Biology with a Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies focus from the University of Central Florida in 2011. Tiffany then attended Texas Southern University-Thurgood Marshall School of Law, where they earned their Doctor of Law in 2013, with a focus in Intellectual Property Law.
