Boyan Kolev

Boyan Kolev has over twenty years of experience in software development. Boyan began their career in 1998 as a Software Developer for SPARKY GMBH. In 2002, they became a Software Developer for Globaltech - Bulgaria. Afterwards, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer for Tello in 2006, Webmessenger in 2007, and VMware in 2008. In 2009, they became the Owner of Voxcom.BG. From 2013 to 2020, they worked as a Research Engineer for Inria. Boyan currently works as a Research Engineer for LeanXcale.

Boyan Kolev obtained their PhD in Informatics from the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences between 2002 and 2006. Boyan then obtained their MSc in Computer Systems between 1995 and 2001. Prior to that, they obtained their PhD in Informatics from the Sofia High School of Mathematics between 1989 and 1995. Additionally, they obtained a Machine Learning certification from Coursera Course Certificates in February 2016.
