Stefan Nagy

Stefan Nagy is the current head of operations at Leap. Prior to this, they worked at National Grid from September 2013 to November 2019, where they were the manager of distributed energy products. Stefan was responsible for leading the development of new DER programs and expanding and managing over 1.5 GW of energy efficiency, DR, and DER capacity in the ISO-NE wholesale electricity markets. Stefan also had P&L accountability for the creation of $20M of new annual operating profit from DER programs. Before National Grid, Stefan Nagy worked as a financial management program intern at GE Energy from May 2012 to August 2012. Stefan also worked as a teaching assistant in economics at The Pennsylvania State University from January 2009 to May 2012.

Stefan Nagy has a Master of Science (M.S.) in Energy and Mineral Engineering from Penn State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Economics and Finance from the same school.

Stefan Nagy reports to Remco Van Den Elzen, Co-Founder & COO. They are on a team with Tanya Arcienega - Senior Market Operations Analyst, Jae-Beom Bae - Senior Market Operations Manager, and Lucy Wagner - Market Operations Manager.
