Pranil Bafna

Pranil Bafna has a diverse range of work experience in product management and leadership roles. Pranil is currently serving as the Director of Products at both Leap Finance and Leap Scholar, starting in September 2021. Prior to this, Pranil worked as an Associate Director of Product Management at Ola Electric from April 2021 to September 2021. Pranil also had a period as a Product Consultant to start-ups and took a paternity break from September 2020 to April 2021. Before that, Pranil was the Lead Product Manager at Upstox from September 2019 to September 2020. Pranil served as the Chief - Product & Technology at Entero Healthcare from June 2018 to September 2019. Pranil's experience also includes being a Senior Product Manager at Goomo from January 2017 to January 2018, as well as Co-Founding Zopky (acquired by Goomo) from November 2015 to January 2017. Pranil started their career by co-founding IndiaReads.com in February 2013, where they served as the CEO until November 2015, leading the ideation and execution of book-rental solutions for students and corporates. Pranil also gained experience as a Business Analyst at Inductis from July 2012 to April 2013 and as an intern at TATA Power in May 2010.

Pranil Bafna attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay from 2007 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) and a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree in Electrical Engineering.
