Eva Lepe

Eva Lepe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and event management. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at Leap Global Innovation since October 2016, Eva facilitates communication between top management and key stakeholders within a venture capital firm focused on LatinX founders. Prior to this role, Eva co-founded The Crafting Committee, orchestrating a wide array of events and excelling in client management. Additionally, experience as Social Media and Marketing Manager at QueSee Inc involved oversight of marketing campaigns and social media engagement, while tenure as General Manager at ResMex Inc encompassed operational management and customer satisfaction oversight. Eva holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism, Public Relations from San Jose State University.
