Leticia M. Jáuregui Casanueva

Leticia M. Jauregui Casanueva is an accomplished leader in venture capital, social enterprise, and education technology. Currently serving as a Yale World Fellow and a Kauffman Fellow, Leticia is recognized for contributions to global leadership development. As a General Partner at Leap Global Partners, Leticia champions investments in LatinX founders and startups. Additionally, Leticia founded Crea Comunidades de Emprendedores Sociales, benefiting over 200,000 women entrepreneurs in marginalized areas of Latin America. Previously, Leticia held various leadership roles at Meta, including Head of Global Education Partnerships, and served as CEO of LMJC Advisory Services and ExO Works. Leticia's educational background includes multiple degrees from the University of California, Davis, and Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, alongside ongoing executive training in venture capital.
