Heather Brewer

Heather Brewer is an executive-level administrator and project manager with twenty-five years of experience in the mental health and intellectual & developmental disability fields. Her entire career has focused on serving individuals with the most clinically appropriate, evidence-based, cost-effective programs and services available.

Heather received a BA in Social Work from Meredith College and her MA in Social Work from Boston University. She started her career as a Clinical Social Worker and Case Manager for Holly Hill Hospital in Raleigh, NC. She moved from clinical practice to administration and operations through the years, working for MH/IDD provider agencies such as ESUCP, FPS, and TLC.

At Leap, Heather is staying true to her passion for serving others by assisting in developing a strong, dynamic data analytics and care management platform. She wants the Leap platform to impact individuals and families every day by shrinking healthcare service gaps and enabling seamless, coordinated care for all.
