Michelle Lawrence

Michelle Lawrence has a strong background in human resources and people management. Michelle is currently the Head of Global People Operations at Ultraleap, where they lead the development and implementation of the company's talent and people strategy. Prior to that, they served as the Head of People at Puffin Produce Ltd and as an HR Business Partner at Dunbia Group. Michelle also has experience as an HR Manager at Celtic Vacuum Ltd, where they introduced job descriptions and maintained HR frameworks. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Communications Manager at the London Borough of Bromley and as an Area Manager at Birthdays Ltd.

Michelle Lawrence earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Gloucestershire, where they studied from 2000 to 2004.
