R J Holmberg

R J Holmberg has a diverse work experience in various industries. They are currently the VP of Business Development and Sales at Ultraleap, where they promote the use of 3D hand tracking and haptic technology in applications such as virtual and augmented reality, automotive, and consumer electronics. Prior to this, they were a Musician, Songwriter, Producer, and Manager for the band El Cajon.

R J Holmberg also held multiple roles at HP, including Strategic Business Partner & Product Management Leader, where they developed a SaaS based ecommerce platform and identified new business opportunities. They also served as the Global Business Development and Operations Director for HP's Augmented Reality SaaS platform, Aurasma.

Before HP, R J Holmberg was the Head of Business Development & Co-Founder at phriz.be, a mobile startup focused on enterprise file sharing and productivity. They successfully negotiated partnership deals with major companies such as Intel, Qualcomm, Microsoft, and Nokia.

Additionally, R J Holmberg worked as the Vice President of Business Development at Kongregate at GameStop, where they developed a mobile game strategy and managed a mobile-dedicated team. They also founded and served as the Head of Sales at Bundle, a software and technology licensing and consulting startup.

Prior to that, R J Holmberg was the Vice President of Sales at Nero Inc, where they built and managed a sales and support team, overseeing OEM and retail sales.

R J Holmberg obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Communications from San Francisco State University, from 1991 to 1993. Afterward, R J Holmberg pursued a Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology at California State University, Long Beach. In addition to these educational achievements, R J Holmberg obtained a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance in October 2017.
