Pauline Cheung

Pauline Cheung is a seasoned executive and leadership coach with extensive experience spanning multiple industries. As the Founder of Pauline Cheung Coaching since January 2018, Pauline specializes in executive coaching and leadership development while also serving as Coaching Faculty for LEAP (Leadership Education For Asian Pacifics) since July 2020. Previously, Pauline founded Mei Baking, a consulting and teaching company focused on bakery businesses from September 2011 to December 2017. Early career experiences include roles at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group as a Pastry Chef, Perry Ellis International as Director of Licensing for Asia, Polo Ralph Lauren as Director of Business Planning for Europe and the Middle East, and various positions in consulting at Deloitte, Edengene, and PA Consulting Group. Additionally, Pauline gained marketing experience at The Walt Disney Company. Educational qualifications include an MBA in International Business from Bayes Business School, a B.Sc. in Chemistry from The University of Salford, and an A.S. in Baking & Pastry Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
