Yengyee Lor serves as the President, Strategic Coach, and Consultant at Faithful Consulting since June 2015, focusing on coaching, training, and consulting across various domains including career and executive leadership. Additionally, Yengyee contributes as a Patina Professional at Patina – A Korn Ferry Company, and provides leadership coaching at Leadership Education For Asian Pacifics, Inc. (LEAP). An experienced Organizational Consultant with WIPPS Research Partners and a former Senior Consultant & Career Coach at LAK Group, Yengyee has managed multiple consulting projects and led training sessions in leadership development for Northcentral Technical College and the Center for Exceptional Leadership. Yengyee’s commitment to empowering others is exemplified through pro-bono coaching for Women for Change Coaching Community and prior roles in assessment coaching at DTA Associates, Inc. Educational qualifications include a Doctoral study in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Walden University, a Master’s in Counseling from Lakeland University, and various certificates in business and coaching.
