Jake Zastrow

Jake Zastrow is an experienced UX professional currently serving as the Associate Director of UX at (spark) since February 2025. Prior to this role, Zastrow was the Associate Director of UX at (human)x from May 2021 to March 2025, where Zastrow also held positions as Associate UX Producer and Junior UX Designer. Zastrow began a career in design as a Graphic Design Intern at Michelman in 2020. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Design and Visual Communications from Northern Kentucky University, as well as studies at The Art Institute of Cincinnati and the University of Cincinnati.
