Carolina Speroni has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Carolina started their career as a Customer Care and Technical Support Agent at Teleperformance Argentina in 2004. Carolina then worked as a Level 2 Technical Support Agent at Arvato Services S.A, where they dealt with complex cases and provided backup supervisor tasks. Carolina also worked as a Trainer for Technical support agents at Next Argentina S.A, designing training materials and curriculum. Carolina later worked as a Provisioner at Firstsource Solutions, reviewing documentation for training. In 2010, Carolina joined Symantec as a Technical Support Engineer, providing support for PGP encryption software and handling integration tasks. From 2012 onwards, they have been working at Leapfactor, where they have held multiple roles including Senior Technical and Customer Services Support Engineer, Technical Support and Customer Service Manager, and currently serves as the Head of Customer Service. In these roles, they have been involved in managing projects, training and managing technical support engineers, implementing CRM platforms, and improving the end-user experience. Additionally, they have completed two English language courses at Cambridge University. In 1998, they obtained a Certificate in Advanced English, and in 1996, they achieved the First Certificate in English. Alongside their formal education, Carolina Speroni obtained a Practitioner 1 certification from KMG - Krav Maga Global in June 2019.
