CJ Rider started their work experience in 2008 as a Support Analyst at Sage. They then joined Best Buy in 2010 and worked as a Geek Squad CIA until 2012. After that, CJ Rider joined Leapfrog Services in 2012 as an IT Analyst. They held the role of Support Center Tech Lead from 2014 to 2015 and became an Escalations Engineer in 2015, a position they currently hold.
