Additionally, Kelly is a member of the Finance Alliance, fostering collaboration among financial managers. Previously, as VP of Finance at HighMatch, significant achievements included restructuring finance functions and enhancing internal controls through modernization and automation. Kelly founded Green CPA Services, providing tailored accounting support to various industries, and held the role of Treasurer on the Board of Directors at 3D Girls, Inc. Prior audit experience includes serving as Audit Manager at PEARCE, BEVILL, LEESBURG, MOORE, P.C., focusing on non-public and not-for-profit company audits. Academic credentials include Bachelor's degrees in Accounting and Finance from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
