Alicia Henry Pe

Alicia Henry, PE, PMP is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Engineer at Lea+Elliott, Inc. since February 2019, Alicia previously demonstrated exceptional leadership as an Operations Manager at BNSF Railway, overseeing over 200 employees and ensuring the protection of critical intermodal operations. Notably, Alicia undertook a solo hike of over 2650 miles along the Pacific Crest Trail and successfully managed process improvements during an internship at Fastenal, achieving significant reductions in inventory. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Texas A&M University, where contributions as a Teacher's Assistant included educating students on sustainability and driving collaborative projects.
