Bill Parsley

Bill Parsley is a seasoned professional in transportation project management with significant experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Manager of Transportation Projects at Lea+Elliott, Inc. since 2005, Bill has previously held the position of Owner at Quest Consulting Group Inc. from 2004 to 2017. Bill's earlier career also includes a role as Director of R&D at MTA New York City Transit, where Bill contributed from 1993 to 2004. Bill received education from The City University of New York.
