Sarah Elizabeth Ross

Sarah Elizabeth Ross, AICP, is a Senior Planner and Transit Planner at Lea+Elliott, Inc. since August 2009, focusing on the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project, which expands the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority system. Key responsibilities include managing right-of-way real estate acquisition and overseeing environmental management. Prior experience includes an internship at the Montgomery County Planning Commission, where Sarah assisted with model ordinance research and contributed to municipal Open Space Plans.
